The Service
Hulmee is an introduction service connecting customers with tradesmen. We are not a party to any contract between customer and tradesman, and we do not carry out the work ourselves.
Liability
Hulmee introduces customers to tradesmen but is not liable for the quality of work carried out. All contractual agreements are between the customer and the tradesman directly.
Customer obligations
- Provide accurate descriptions of the work required
- Submit genuine enquiries only
- Treat tradesmen professionally and pay agreed prices on time
Tradesman obligations
- Maintain valid public liability insurance and trade certifications
- Keep profile information accurate and up to date
- Conduct work professionally, safely, and to a reasonable standard
Acceptable use
- No spam, scraping, or automated misuse of the platform
- No fake reviews or impersonation
- No soliciting customers to transact off-platform to avoid platform fees
Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
